Online: you can register for this service by bringing photographic ID to reception. We can then provide you with log-in details and instructions.

You can submit non-urgent admin request through AccuRx online.

Each individual appointment is for one patient only and to help you with one problem.
If you have multiple problems, please book a double appointment or another appointment.
Please attend your appointment on time.
If you are unable to attend please cancel your appointment in good time.
The doctors try to run on time but sometimes delays are unavoidable. Please be patient.
