Doctors

  • MRCP, DFFP, MBBS, MD, MRCGP

    Dr Sinha obtained his MBBS from Patna Medical College in India. He has been practising as a GP since 2010 and joined the Brace Street team in 2017. His special interest include children’s health.

    Dr Sinha is the named GP for all our patients.

  • DFFP, MBBS, MRCGP, MRCOG, MS

    Dr Verma obtained her MBBS from Patna Medical College in India. She has been practising as a GP since 2008 and joined the Brace Street team in 2018. She has a special interest in women’s health.

  • MBBS, MRCGP

    Dr Manohar graduated from University of York and Hull and has been working in the Brace Street Practice team since 2020. Dr Manohar has special interest in medical education.

  • BM BCH, MRCGP, MPH, DRCOG

    Dr Anand graduated from University of Oxford and joined the Brace Street team in 2021. She has a special interest in women’s health.

Practice Nurse & Paramedic

  • Vanessa is our practice nurse. She undertakes chronic disease reviews, smear tests, NHS health check, new patient reviews and offers dressings and injection services.

  • Quade and Jack are our paramedic and part of our primary care network team. They undertakes chronic disease reviews and in-house ECG (heart tracing)

Additional Allied Healthcare Staff

  • Hab is our social prescriber and part of our primary care network team. Social prescribers connect people to activities, groups, and services in their community to meet their needs. You can find more about Hab’s role here.

  • Raabiah is our phelbotomist and she offers blood test appointments, once you have been asked to have a blood test by the GP or the surgery. Raabiah is part of our primary care network team.

  • Tas, Raj and Neelam are our practice pharmacist. They have a wide variety of roles, including:

    • ensuring that patients discharged from hospital have the correct medications prescribed

    • running searches to ensure prescribing is safe and cost-effective

    • undertakeing medication reviews for patients who have repeat prescriptions.

    Taz and Raj are from Black Country Integrated Care Board & Neelam is part of our Primary Care Network Team.

  • Sindhu is our physiotherapist. She is part of the primary care network team and offers physiotherapy appointments for our patients in our building, once they have been referred by the GP.

  • The community midwifery team run regular clinics in our surgery to support pregnant patients.

    Their appointments are booked through their own team and we are unable to directly book into their clinic.

Medical Students & Trainees

  • Our practice is established as a training practice and is committed to the education and training of health care professionals, including medical students. They work under supervision to gain the experience they need to become independent practitioners.

  • You may be offered an appointment with the medical student but you will be seen by the supervising GP as well.

    Medical students may be observing your consultation with the clinical staff.

    You can request for medical students to not be present during your consultation - just let the surgery staff know. This will not affect your medical care.
